Azion™ XP post-emergence herbicide is approved for use on wheat, barley, fallow, pasture, and rangeland. With its active ingredient, metsulfuron-methyl, Azion XP effectively targets and controls over 30 key broadleaf weeds, including chickweed, Russian thistle, wild mustard, and smartweed. This herbicide demonstrates its maximum efficacy when applied to young, actively growing weeds, as it is absorbed through their foliage, inhibiting growth, and causing chlorosis in their leaves.
Additionally, Azion XP herbicide can be combined with other approved herbicides, allowing farmers to enhance weed control. It also allows for rotation to sorghum within four to ten months, depending on soil conditions. By harnessing the potent power of Azion XP, farmers can successfully combat vigorous weeds and optimize their crop potential.
