Registered for use in corn, cotton, soybean, and other crops, Zannis SC delivers extended residual control of challenging broadleaf and grass weeds with proven efficacy against even resistant weed biotypes. CARY, North Carolina (November 6, 2025) – As growers endure an agricultural recession and EcoCore end-users navigate ever-tightening budgets, Atticus is proud to introduce 69 Brand Alternatives for Market Year 2026. These Brand Alternatives not only deliver meaningful cost savings, but they also provide agronomic and business opportunities that may have previously proven cost-prohibitive or compromised by reduced application rates that risk performance and resistance development. With viable options, such sacrifices are no longer necessary.

Atticus has invested the resources to develop, register, and commercialize an unparalleled portfolio that empowers retail professionals with credible choices for localized success. Still, the true inspiration behind Atticus runs deeper: it’s found in the unseen effort to diversify sourcing and formulation ingredients to mitigate tariffs and supply disruptions. This commitment, paired with the high expectations we hold for our manufacturing partners, reflects our promise of reliability.

“Atticus has no market power – except that which is entrusted to us by our customers through their partnership, placing their confidence in Atticus; we have nothing to force, only opportunity to facilitate, and trust to earn. Scrappiness built Atticus, and it’s what will keep us long-term viable. We are pleased to offer our MY26 product lineup, and we are greatly appreciative for the opportunity to earn the position as your Welcomed Alternative,” says Chris Nowlan, Vice President, Marketing.

CARY, North Carolina (October 10, 2025) – FMC and Atticus have settled their dispute over Chlorantraniliprole (‘CTPR’), resulting in Atticus’s withdrawal of its declaratory judgment action against FMC. With the settlement, Atticus plans to enter the CTPR market beginning December 7, 2025.

“We are pleased to arrive at this professional and respectful outcome that advances a superior chemistry through its full product life cycle and agronomic potential,” states Randy Canady, CEO, Atticus. “As the price-to-agronomic value of CTPR becomes more aligned, end-users will be empowered to use CTPR in more routine agronomic rotations for better, more cost-effective insect control.”

Historically, early commitments have led to missed opportunities once all next season’s brand alternatives were introduced. As a result, Atticus launched the Eclipse initiative to elevate product awareness prior to customers potentially staging inventory that may not prove cost competitive.

The Portfolio Branding Bars below offers a perspective on the comprehensive CTPR portfolio that Atticus deliberately pursued to sit parallel to all CTPR branded offers while positioning Atticus as the one-stop CTPR supplier to accommodate customer preferences.
