As Senior Business Director, Ty will drive cross-functional alignment and strategic direction of customer-facing initiatives, ensuring EcoCore continues to operate in a qualitative and marketing-driven approach. His role plays a vital part in fostering sustained growth and exemplifies Atticus’ unwavering commitment to non-crop markets.

Ty joins Atticus with over a decade of industry experience, including Dow AgroSciences, Control Solutions, and Bonide Products LLC, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Business Analytics from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. “With a mission to be relevant, simple, and reliable, the Atticus customer-first approach aligns with my professional philosophies to deliver exceptional customer solutions. Tim began his professional career in agriculture with The JR Simplot Company upon graduating from Western Oregon University. During his time with the Simplot organization, Tim upheld many roles and market segments throughout the West Coast. In 2021, Tim left Simplot for a new opportunity at ORCAL as Vice President. During his tenure at ORCAL, Tim worked closely to help craft their go-forward strategic plan, build the sales team, and help expand the organization’s reach into the Midwest and Southeast. Most recently, Tim held the position of CEO for ORCAL and was their Board of Directors Chairman.

Jane will serve as Manager, Technical Services – Greenhouse & Nursery. In this role, she will work under Rob Golembiewski, Director of Technical Services, to spearhead new initiatives in Atticus’ ongoing commitment to the greenhouse and nursery industry.

With over a decade of experience, Jane’s skills and knowledge are a valuable asset to the EcoCore team. Her expertise will enable Atticus to provide customers with tremendous value beyond the product itself. As a whole, EcoCore is dedicated to expanding its technical expertise to serve its customers better and assist in making the most of their investments.

Jane earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in horticulture from Penn State University. Most recently, she was the Technical Services Manager for Ornamentals at Bayer/Envu. Through both her professional and personal accomplishments, Jane acquired invaluable industry insights that allow her to deliver the ultimate customer experience.
